 Medical Malpractice

Easily one of the most misunderstood and controversial area of the law, medical negligence presents extraordinary challenges on both the prosecution and defense sides of such claims.  Meticulous medical record collection, coordination with often reluctant witnesses, and general preparation of trial strategy requires knowledge of medicine, law and human nature.  Relatively few attorneys practice in this area but we are fortunate to have several with significant trial experience and continuing caseloads involving many specialty areas of medicine.
