 Contract Disputes

Every agreement between individuals or businesses, written or verbal, where an exchange of goods or services is involved constitutes a contract.  Where one side or the other fails to honor its obligations such as "breach of a contract" creates a dispute which one or the other must be resolved.  While the courts are always available to resolve such matters, eventually, alternate dispute resolution methods such as mediation are often more efficient and less expensive way to resolve these matters.  Malone Middleman has experience with all approaches to court-resolved litigation, negotiated settlements and also alternative dispute resolution.
